also, I don't understand why I wasn't offered a room upgrade. I imagine that's basic service? I almost gave a good review, but who wouldn't be annoyed by poor service and connectivity?

Housekeeping stood out for their proactive assistance with heavy luggage, truly exceptional service. Additionally, an accessible shuttle service was a glaring omission, particularly disappointing given the circumstances during the wedding stay. I appreciated the team's attentiveness during meals, especially the yummy vegan pizza offered.

great service but room cleanliness needs attention
The service was exceptional. our waitress ensured we always had enough coffee and juice. Plus, the food was delicious, especially the morning hashbrowns. I appreciated the team's willingness to bring milk to my room for coffee, which made the start of my day even better. After breakfast, I enjoyed exploring Kellogg Park nearby, a lovely spot for a leisurely stroll.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The location was decent, close to shops and restaurants. However, the breakfast prices felt a bit steep for what was offered, and I noticed the pool area could use a bit more space.
